How do I access the program after I enroll?

After enrolling in the program, you will get an email with instructions about how to access to Rock Your Diabetes program materials on the membership site. Be sure to watch the welcome video and check out the bonuses and then get started on the program modules. Then you can get started on the modules! In the same email, you will also receive information about how to join the Facebook group and how to participate in the live coaching calls. 

Is this a group program?

Yes, this is a group program. The videos and materials are self-study so you can complete them at anytime. We will also have weekly group coaching calls. 

The program is set up so you develop your own unique diabetes management plan that will work for YOU and YOUR life.

The group coaching program gives you support, encouragement and accountability not only from me, but also from other women who are going through the same program and journey as you are.  
How long will it take me to go through the entire program?
