Hi! I'm Linda. 

I’m a Registered Dietitian and I specialize in working with women with Type 2 diabetes. 

My mom was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes when I was 9 years old. After over 40 years of living with diabetes, mom is still healthy and happy and free of diabetes complications.
My mom’s diabetes diagnosis and how she lived her life with diabetes had a big impact on me. It’s the reason why I decided to become a dietitian and specialize in working with women with Type 2 Diabetes.
Now my mission is to help people  lower blood sugars and HA1C to prevent developing serious diabetes complications - without crazy diet restrictions, giving up favorite foods or spending hours at the gym.
It's possible to live a healthy and happy life with diabetes - both now and in the future!
